Our Guarantee
We offer a 60-day, 100% money-back guarantee on all LipoLess purchases. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 60 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping and handling costs).
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return and refund:
- The return request must be made within 60 days of the original delivery date
- You must have your order number or proof of purchase
- Products may be opened or unopened - we accept both
- Returns are limited to one per customer per product
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Step 1: Contact our customer support team at support@alphafuelpro.com with your order number and reason for return
- Step 2: Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions
- Step 3: Pack the product securely and ship it to the address provided
- Step 4: Once we receive and process your return, your refund will be issued
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt. Your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
- Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at support@alphafuelpro.com. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. Please include photos of the damage when contacting us.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product or quantity, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe:
- First, check your bank account or credit card statement again
- Contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times may vary
- If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at support@alphafuelpro.com
International Orders
For international orders, the same 60-day guarantee applies. However, please note that return shipping costs for international orders are the responsibility of the customer, and refunds will be issued in USD.
